Events: Spotlight Elk Grove
"Spotlight Elk Grove" is a premier event to benefit the Elk Grove Community Foundation.
This event blended a "Taste of…." type event with a service industry tradeshow. Guests received a hors d’oeuvres plate and wine glass, a bag for promotional items, and a program for the evening with a map of the business locations in the event. This was probably the most talked about event to take place in Elk Grove in 2008.
Next year the event will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2009, from 5:00–8:30 p.m. at the S.E.S. Hall, 10427 E. Stockton Boulevard.
Major supporters of the 2008 event include: Raley's, BelAir, Elk Grove Commerce Bank, Cosumnes Community Service District, Jackson Properties, City of Elk Grove, Methodist Hospital, Kaiser Permanente Hospital, and the Elk Grove Citizen.
